No governor can be an emperor - The Catholic Church notifies Nasir El Rufai

The Catholic Church of Nigeria has made it clear to governor Nasir El Rufai that no governor can be en emperor in Nigeria,this emanated following the anti-preaching law proposed by the Kaduna state government.

This was made known by the Director of Caritas International, Rev. Fr Evaristus Bassey during a press session at the Caritas International, a department under the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) in Abuja on Wednesday,March 22nd.

Gov.Wike in NYSC Secretariat in respect of the death of a corp member during Rivers re-run elections.

 Gov. Nyesom Wike of Rivers State was at the National Youth Service Corps Secretariat in the state in respect of the death of a corp member,Samuel Okonta who was shot by unidentified gun men during the re-run elections in the state last weekend.

Until his death Samuel Okonta was deployed to GCSS Ukpeliede.
