Following the approval of the federal government of which was announced yesterday by the Minister of state for Petroleum that,Kachikwu Ibe that NNPC has been unbundled into 7 independent operational units,members of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation NNPC have commenced a nationwide strike.
It is projected that,the strike will lead to fuel scarcity because products NUPENG will not be able to lift products today.It is not expected to affect the crude oil export yet except the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) decides to join in the action.
