The senior pastor of the House on the Rock Church, Paul Adefarasin, has been filed a N800 lawsuit by a business man known as Gerald Chukwueke for encroaching into his land at Lekki axis of Lagos State and converting it into their cathedral.
The petitioner and four others filed the case through their counsel,Moyo Onigbanjo before Justice Adebisi Akinlade of the Lagos State High Court.
The hearing is scheduled for Thursday 7th April,2016
