Police reinstates officer after 21 years

    Police officer Amos Olaniyan was said to have been dismissed verbally from the Nigeria Police Force in 1994 following allegations of bribery.After trial,he was acquitted however,the Police never called him back

Following the petition on Ethics,Privileges and Public Petition filed in by Senator Solomon Adeola,Olanyian was vindicated.At the plenary sitting on December 15th ,2015,the Senate ordered that Olaniyan be called  back to the Nigerian Police Force and all his entilement backdated from 11st October,1994 to 11st August ,2015.He is pictured right recieving his entilement letter.
