Olisa Metuh arrived in court today,handcuffed.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),National Publicity Secretary,Olisa Metuh arrived in court today for his bail hearing handcuffed.He was inculpated on a 7-count charge of money laundering and corruption.
