Pretty Nigerian born medical student,Winna Ogbe wrote an inspiring piece on her facebook page this morning.I concur with her.Read her piece in full:

“CELEBRATE YOUR FEMININITY ( jeremiah 29:11)

HAVE YOU EVER seriously thought that your being a woman and not a man is God's distinct plan for you? if God needed another man in this world, you would have been one, for there are about 104 boy babies born for every 100 girl babies. " 'For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future' "(jer 29:11)
 

Since your gender is not an accident but God's direct, individual plan for you, I encourage you to celebrate your femininity and not let anything steal your pride or enjoyment of His gift of womanhood. God gave you a beautiful body in spite of how social media and today's culture have endeavoured to make you feel deficient and in need of *fixing* with botox injections and surgeries. We came from the drawing board of heaven to be lovely creations of God's handiwork. Appreciate your body. Take good care of it with proper nutrition and enough exercise. Enjoy pretty clothes and feminine things

Enjoy your femininity not extravagantly or with self -centeredness, but with freedom to be the woman God has created you to be,thanking Him”.
