His Eminence Ricardo Cardinal Vidal, DD ,was one of the first communicants at the International Eucharistic Congress held in the Philippines in 1937.He presided over the mass for first time communicants yesterday at the ongoing 51st International Eucharistic Congress at the Abeleana Sports Complex in Cebu City.
